Shipping and Policies
Items can be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated on product page. Please email your name & order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All merchandise should be returned in it's original condition with the original receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging an item.
We do not currently ship outside of the United States. We will be adding this soon.
Please note that we immediately begin processing your order once it is placed. As a result, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please verify your order and shipping address is correct during check-out.
All items are printed to order and carefully inspected for quality before mailing to ensure the highest possible quality. On the rare event that your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please kindly contact us at email@example.com for a replacement. Items are not returnable after a 72 hr time period.
LATE DELIVERIES/MISSING PARCELS
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your has been shipped. Please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of you order.
If a domestic parcel has not been received within 14 days of shipping, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
